About Avenue A

Avenue A ("Avenue A," "we," "us," or "our") is a proprietary trading firm based in Boise, Idaho. We trade our own capital using systematic strategies. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or commodity pool operator. We do not manage outside capital, solicit investments, or provide investment advisory services of any kind.

No Investment Advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security, futures contract, commodity, or other financial instrument. Any information presented on the Site, including descriptions of our strategies, performance, or operations, is provided for general informational purposes only.

You should not rely on any content on the Site as a basis for making investment or financial decisions. If you require investment advice, you should consult a qualified, licensed financial professional.

No Client Relationship

Your use of the Site does not create any advisory, fiduciary, brokerage, or other professional relationship between you and Avenue A. We do not accept outside capital, maintain client accounts, or owe any duty of care to visitors of the Site.

Intellectual Property

Severability
